The project consists in the extension of an house to enlarge the living room and creat a master bedroom on the ground floor for a confortable old-age accessibility.

The main difficulty of the project was to create a volume that doesn't clash with the existing house: a stone cube with a 4-slopes roof. To access to a project that fit on the context, a lot of research has been done to match the desires of customers, with the constraints of town planning, the very tight budget and find a set.

The final project happens to be a single storey volume, largely open on the garden. The large openings are protected from the sun by wooden shutters and a pergola to link the house to the extension via an outdoor space.
