The project comprises two vacation rental units. Every measure has been taken to ensure high energy efficiency and a comfortable living environment during the summer months.

The timber-frame building is elevated above ground level to provide an unobstructed view of the Cévennes, looking out over the buildings situated opposite.

The ground floor houses service areas, including parking, a laundry room, and pool facilities (steam room and Jacuzzi).
