Project of renovation of the only ski resort in the Gard: Prat Peyrot. The project aims to convert the law mountains resort into a 4-season resort to compensate the lack of snow. The project therefore proposes the creation of a stable and the renovation of existing buildings with high architectural value to accommodate summer activities :

- a multi-purpose space open for rental for seminars,

- a museum space on stargazing, the area being classified as a starry sky reserve

- the renovation of the restaurant and the picnic room

- the creation of changing rooms and an association office to accommodate sports activities
